WIGGLE WORMS
Make the most out of kids' to imagine that they're all wiggly, squirmy worms. Have them lie on the floor and follow your instructions. Say:

*The worms are waking up now. How would worms stretch to wake up? (kids yawn and stretch their arms and legs.)
*The worms are hungry for breakfast. What kinds of noises and actions would worms make when they're eating? (kids make chewing noises and use their hands like they're stuffing food into their mouths.)
*The worms are ready to play. How do worms play? (kids wiggle around.)
*The worms are Bible bookworms. Let's wiggle back/into our seats and listen to our lesson.
