If you don't know Erika Cockrell, from Saturday nights, you may have been on Mars!? She is one of our amazing cooks, she has been the lead teacher in infants, she is an amazing mom to 3 adorable kids and now she has accepted a position as an overseer AND our new Coach to all our volunteers on Saturday nights in Early Childhood.
